I follow them on twitter and post some comments about the topic myself. This is what another friend, who has a doctor in biology answered. I HAD to post this in public:

Hey, they do no animal testing,the production process is totally green because ther are no toxic end-or byproducts or intermediates. And they're not in it for the money anyway."
"here's how you become a true homoeopathic dealer and avoid facing poverty. Focus on a common Organon drug, say Echinacea. The usual dilution is a C30, i.e. dilute the "Urtinktur" 30 times by 1:100. Thus, if you buy 20 ml Echinacea Urtinktur, you have sufficient raw material for about 10^58 Liters Echinacea C30. (For comparison, the atlantic ocean
has a volume of 354*10^18 Liters). Therefore, you will probably be unable to sell it all, I guess.
Yet: 20 ml of urtinktur come in at 11 Euro. Enough to sell 10 Million 20 ml bottles C30 at 8 Euro/unit.
